We know gastronomy is an art and that is why at the Abba Burgos Hotel 4*S Restaurant, La Abbadia we strive to create the best atmosphere, offer the best service and ensure every detail rises to the high expectations our customers. We are committed to select gastronomy, choosing only top-quality and seasonal ingredients to create a perfect balance in the composition of our tasting menus and in the selection of our wine-list.

Each Abba hotel restaurant has its own personality which specialises in the gastronomy of their location. There is an excellent representation of the local gastronomy which is fully designed by our fantastic team in the kitchen, who also offer a professional waiting service.

The restaurant will be closed 7-20 January. Dinner service will be available in the cafeteria and from Room Service.


A la carte menu:

Choose from a careful selection of entrées, fish and meat. Enjoy a healthy dessert. There is also, of course, the wine-list which represents the best wines and cavas from the region. And if you have time after your meal, enjoy a premium brand gin and tonic. All this with excellent value for money.

Daily set menu:

Composed of a starter, a meat or fish dish and a dessert. And includes water, a glass of house red wine and bread at an affordable price: €22.50 including VAT.

Special menus:

We can adapt our menu for coeliacs, special diets and vegetarians. Tell us your needs and we can suggest different options.

Gastronomic events:

Throughout the year we celebrate different gastronomic events to complement our offer.

  • Valentine’s day: we celebrate this special date every year. Enjoy a special stay and a fabulous menu that awakens all the senses. 
  • The 15th Gastronomic Event for Rice took place last March and was a resounding success. During this event, which took place from Tuesday to Sunday, we enjoyed a different menu each day and there was even a specially designed children's menu.
  • Success for the Devora, es Burgos event, in which many families on the 18th, 19th and 20th of November 2016, enjoyed the Gastronomic specials offered by our kitchen and waiting staff.
  • Enjoy our seasonal menus throughout the year. Appetising dishes with seasonal elements, not forgetting kids’ tastes!
  • A warm thank you to all the diners who enjoyed our event Traditional Cocido Castellano - a stew you eat in three stages held on 10, 11 and 12 of November 2017 at the city’s newest benchmark culinary event “Burgos entre cucharas”. We’ll see you at the celebration of next year’s edition.
  • Burgos entre cucharas” 2018 will be on the 23rd, 24th and 25th November. This year, we are offering a complete menu “Cassoulet of Duck 3 Ways”.
